Vince Hodge

Director, Management, Operations and Support Services

Vince Hodge is the Management, Operations and Support Services director at the National Emergency Training Center. He joined the U.S. Fire Administration in September 2022. As the operations director, Vince provides oversight of all campus operations and is the personal adviser to the deputy fire administrator and fire administrator on all matters of general management.

Prior to this position, Vince was the deputy director of infrastructure at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, California, from September 2015 to August 2022, and he served as the safety and environmental manager of Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, California, from January 2011 to August 2015.

Vince is a former U.S. Navy chief deep-sea diver, retiring in January 2011 after 23 years of honorable service. Vince received his master’s degree in leadership and management from the University of La Verne, California, in 2016, a Bachelor of Science in leadership and management in 2013, and an associate degree in construction technology from Coastline Community College in 2010.

Vince has been married to his wife Robin for 19 years, and they have 2 sons, Jackson and Preston.
