Student Lodging

Check-in time is 2 p.m. and checkout time is 8 a.m.

If you stay on campus, you must purchase a meal ticket. If you don't purchase one, you can't stay on campus and will need to pay for off-campus lodging costs. In addition, you won't receive a travel reimbursement.

Reservations

A room at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) is reserved for you when you are accepted for a course. All rooms are smoke-free. If you do not need a room, please email us.

In some situations, we will accept you for a course or event with the understanding that you need to find your own accommodations. We will tell you this before you apply or provide information in your acceptance letter.

Room assignments are random. We'll do our best to make sure you have a single room, but you may need to room with another student if the student count is high. Please don't call us to request a single room.

If you have back-to-back courses, you can stay in the same room.

Foreign students: You must pay for your travel, per diem costs and lodging. Please pay for your lodging ($40 USD per night) when you arrive. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
